One desk, one file
Every booking is owned by a single coordinator with a named backup. You don’t get bounced between an air desk, an ocean desk and a clearance team that have never spoken.

Two decades of operating in Malaysian ports, a stubbornly small head office, and a habit of putting our own name on every quote we send.
Riffblox Logistics was set up by two Klang-port veterans, Faizal Othman and Christina Devaraj, who’d both spent a decade inside the customs broking arms of multinational forwarders. They liked the cargo work and disliked the politics — so they took eight clients with them, rented a tiny office above a kopitiam on Jalan Ampang, and opened a one-line forwarder.
By 2008 we had a bonded warehouse at Pulau Indah and a dedicated air desk inside KLIA Cargo Village. The Penang and Johor branches followed. Twenty-two years on the same two founders still sign the larger SOPs — though the day-to-day operation has been handed across to a second generation of coordinators we hired straight out of UiTM and Tunku Abdul Rahman.

If we quote you USD 1,840 all-in, the invoice reads USD 1,840 all-in. We don’t bury fuel adjustment factors or terminal handling on a follow-up debit note.
We carry our own carrier contracts, our own broker licence and our own warehouse leases. If something needs fixing we don’t have to ring a partner office and wait three days.
We’re deliberately mid-sized — small enough that the founders still know every long-standing client by name, but big enough to consolidate cargo into our own LCL boxes weekly and to hold meaningful allocation with the major air carriers.
Drop your contact details and a brief. Faizal still personally reviews quotes above MYR 80,000 in value — you’ll hear from a real coordinator inside one working day.
