Air freight is what we built the business on. Riffblox runs a daily air desk inside KLIA Cargo Village with weekday extensions at Penang International and Subang Skypark. We hold contracted block-space agreements with five major air carriers across the SEA, North Asia and EU lanes, which means — in plain terms — we don’t lose your shipment to a peak-season spot market.
Time-defined deliveries, charter capacity for project moves, and consolidated tonnage for smaller exporters live inside the same desk. Whichever you book, the same coordinator follows it through to the consignee gate.
How we run an air shipment
Direct allocations, not spot market
Block-space contracts with Malaysia Airlines Cargo, Cathay Cargo, Etihad Cargo, Lufthansa Cargo and Qatar Airways Cargo on the routes we use weekly.
Express & time-defined
Next-flight-out, 24h door-to-airport, and time-defined airport-to-door programmes — with a delivery-by guarantee on the milk-run lanes (KL ↔ HKG, SIN, NRT, FRA, AMS, DXB).
Dangerous goods in-house
Six IATA-certified DGR coordinators. Lithium, perfumes, paints, pharma intermediates and lab samples all booked through the Riffblox desk rather than a third party.
Perishables & pharma
Airside transfer between our KLIA chill room and the carrier ULD. Validated +2 to +8°C, +15 to +25°C and frozen lanes. CEIV pharma compliance documentation on request.
Charter & project
Full and part-charter capacity arranged on B747F, B777F, IL-76 and An-124 platforms. Engineered load plans, lashing supervision, and permit work for diplomatic and emergency cargo.
Consolidations
Weekly own-account consols to Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Dubai. LCL air pricing for SMEs without sacrificing transit time.
Documents you’ll need
- Commercial invoice and packing list (per shipment).
- Export permit or licence where the commodity requires it (timber, glove samples, controlled chemicals, etc.).
- MSDS or Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods, if applicable.
- Certificate of origin where the destination buyer requires preferential tariff treatment.
- Power of Attorney appointing Riffblox as your customs agent on the export side.
