Questions we hear most

Frequently asked

Do you handle one-off shipments, or only volume contracts?
Both. About a third of what we move each month is single-shipment work for SMEs and traders. Same coordinator, same paperwork standard, same all-in quote — whether you ship one carton a year or a container every week.
Can you arrange customs clearance for incoming shipments my supplier booked?
Yes. We act as your appointed broker even on shipments booked through a third-party forwarder. Send us the bill of lading or air waybill, supplier invoice and packing list, and we’ll lodge the K1 / K2 and handle SST and duty payment on your behalf.
Which ports and airports do you operate from in Malaysia?
Daily presence at Port Klang (Westport & Northport), Penang Port (Butterworth), Port of Tanjung Pelepas, KLIA Cargo Village and Penang International Airport Cargo. Subang Skypark is used for smaller charters and DGR moves.
How quickly can you turn around a quote?
Standard FCL and air consol quotes typically within four working hours. Project moves — oversized, multi-leg or chartered — we aim for a structured proposal within two working days, including any pre-shipment inspection requirements.
Are you licensed to handle dangerous goods?
Yes. Our DGR coordinators hold current IATA Cat. 6 certification and we operate to IMDG for sea moves. Lithium batteries, perfumes, cosmetics and industrial chemicals make up roughly 12% of our annual tonnage.
Do you offer cargo insurance?
We can arrange marine all-risks cover on a per-shipment or open policy basis through a licensed local broker. Cover is optional, never automatic — you’ll always see the premium quoted as a separate line.
What information do you need to start a quote?
Origin and destination, commodity description and HS code if known, weight and dimensions (or container type), incoterm, target ship date, and any temperature or compliance requirements. Anything missing — we’ll ask.
